I just decided to start doing this. Three weeks out from surgery, and here are the numbers I care about:
- Weight: 364
- Blood Sugar: 90
- Waist: 57”
I’m feeling pretty great, but my energy is really low. I’m supposed to be taking in 400-600 calories a day, and 60-80 grams of protein, and over the last weekend I decided to push to hit the maximum, because I’m weak all the time. I had to stop and rest in the middle of a ten minute light stroll on Saturday. If I’m still this way in a few weeks I’m gonna ask my doctors what to do.
My clothes are fitting like shit. Last week I went down to the last notch on my belt, and yesterday I had to go up to my dad’s and have him punch three new holes in it. I’m on the first of those now. The buttons of my pants hang down below the belt. #sexy
I’m happy. Especially with this morning’s blood sugar count. One step closer to being off the last med.
